Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location or local post office.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our sports specialists inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
